Google Voice?

Does anyone have this currently? Is it all it's cracked up to be? I'm curious about it as it seems useful, but don't know how much of it i'd use on a day to day basis. I can't test it out because like so many others can't seem to get the invite I signed up for...don't suppose anyone has an extra they'd like to share lol?

I got it about a month ago. Kept my old number so I only really get the voicemail features and a few of the small online perks like international calling and call using the web. Personally though, having the thing text (and/or) email you with a voicemail rather than listen to that AT&T stuff is worth it in my book. Doesn't translate well sometimes but usually its enough to get the point across w/out having to listen to 'Hey, it's Bob, call me!'.
