the stock header showed up sometime around 92-93ish i think and it has the same bolt pattern as all Lima exhaust and will work on all of the Lima heads. As far as were they on a 98-99 I have no clue as I haven't seen any trucks that new heh. Hopefully someone with a 2.5 will let you know.

My late '92 did not come with a tubular exhaust manifold, must have been '93+.

My 94 has a tubular header, i thought it wasent stock.
