anyone replaced the bearing in your steering column? mine is clunking and can't seem to find a replacement easily. this is in a 1983, non-tilting, power steering with a manual tranny. i know they sell the replacement bearing at LMC, but thought just replacing the whole column would be easier (if i could find a good one in black or tan). i did the search in this forum and came up empty and there was nothing in the library either.
