Driving my 99 4x4 3.0 with 4WABS and I applied the brakes and could feel the rear brakes slam on, really jammed the car. I let up, and the red brake light started blinking for a minute or two and then settled into constantly on mode.
The brakes sink slowly to the floor now, and I want to look at them before I drive it again.

Any bets on what I might find? I'm figuring to first take off the drums and having a look.

I think you blew a rear wheel cylinder and hosed the shoes down with brake fluid.

You need new shoes, resurfaced or replaced drums, and a wheel cylinder. You're going to find brake fluid everywhere inside. If you don't, it's something else.
