I dont know if just because its winter time and i had my windows down earlier today but what does it mean when you have moisture/fog on the inside of your windshield??? is that a heater issue??

no its probably condinsation cause when your inside the truck and its cold out side your body heat makes the windows fog/moisture but mostly fog that turns to moisture nothing to worry bout

Hey 94exploder -- did you get your heating issue fixed? I was wondering because a blown heater core will make your windows fog up like this. If this is the case you will have a strong antifreeze smell inside your truck.
If no smell, it could just be the weather, as stated above.
If you have a 1983-88, turn the air conditioner on. It will dry the air very quickly. No, it doesn't have to be cold.
Later models will do this for you in "defrost" mode.
