for the body lift kit on my truck. i need the extra shaft for the shifter for the transmission but what about my 4x4 shifter? how does that reach?

i should come with one. 
well you have to buy the one for the transmission so i assume i would have to buy one for the transfercase shifter. idk anyone buy the body lift off this site?

Your TC shifter will just be shorter, I have herd of people having to lengthen there shifter tunnel for the TC shifter but I think that is only on B2's. Im doing a 3" PA BL on my 86 and if I want my shifter's taller ill have to weld some rod on them or something along those lines... hope it helps.
