Whenever I turn the steering or get in or out of the truck, I get a groaning squeak you could say(specifically the drivers side). I'm thinking it's the ball joints, but the truck does not feel lose or steer to one side. My neighbor owns an oil change place with a lift, so i might take it to him this week and get a better look.

I would start looking at bushings esp. the ones in the rear leaf pack. good luck with your search.

As a testing step, spray all the bushings (spring, upper and lower balljoints, steering) with WD40. If the squeak goes away, the problem is lack of lube in one of those areas. If not, it should isolate the squeak. The only way to truly do away with a squeaky suspension is to disassemble and grease if it doesn't have zerks.

Ok, i sprayed everything with a healthy coating of WD40, and I need balljoints, Could someone give me part numbers for what i need?
I know i need complete uppers, and the ball joints for the lowers. I should be able to do this under 150 right?

Well im going to have to wait to get the funds up to buy the parts so for now Im going to use a grease gun and needle to pump some grease into the joints for now.

Ok just finished lubing up the front end, was a PITA doing it with that graase needle, but it should stop the squeak for now. After I warm up some (friggin 46* outside in FLORIDA), im gonna do a couple laps around the block to work in the grease.
