Got running but still backfireing but not as bad but now it seems to be oil smoke after long idle or hard run and has oil onthe top of cable cover like it pressured up changed Pcv valva no change
 
that's normal... I haven't resolved my PCV issue either, there's oil everywhere under my hood.
 
same happened here i got a 20 buck oil catch can off ebay and its fixed
 
Nope bigger proplems turbo took a puke. So now I got to get a turbo fun fun man this is getting old this is turning into a money pit
 
wat turbo you runnin... if its the Garrett rebuild it 80 bucks and its fixed
 
It is a oe. turbo t3 it sounds like it is past that itsound like the impeler is damaged so I don't think it can be rebuilt
 
damn had the same thing happen to me but i had a spare for parts
 
i know where there is another ones at but idk what kind of condtion its in its been out in the weather so well see how much they want for it. Where can i get a rebuild kit and what does it have in it and how hard is it to rebuild it
 
theirs a guy on ebay for 80 bucks he will send all new gaskets bearings and everything you neeed only thing you need is a 11 mm or 10 then all the rest is c clips.... the guy will send all that then you ship him your center shaft and thrust bearing he will polish and balance it all for 80 minus the shipping cost its not a bad deal and he does good work ive rebuilt 3 garretts from him so far with no problems and ive sold them all.... im getting ready to order another one... here is the kit and the guy http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GARR...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories its worth it
