lincoln rims fit my ranger?

http://fortwayne.craigslist.org/pts/1516607007.html found them for decently cheap...and just wondering if they would bolt up?

the ad says it's 5x108 bolt pattern and i know that ours is 5x4.5.

Rangers metric equivalent is 5x114.3mm, so no go apparently.

(I didn't double check Lincoln patterns, but 5x108 seems weird to me?)

You can get an adapter for them to make them for the 5x4.5. Might end up paying more for those than you do for the wheels though.
