What kind of gearing do you have now? with 35'' tires you will need new gears either way

If you have 4.10 gears now you could live with it, barely, if it's a automatic. But 4.56's or 4.88's would be a lot better.
Secondly, no one makes a 5" suspension lift for late-models. Superlift's kit is 4" and to clear 35's you'll need either a body lift on top of that or fiberglass flared front fenders.
Also know that the late-model front end is not real happy with tires larger than 33", so get used to changing wheel bearings, tie rod ends, ball joints, and the occasional snapped CV joint and halfshaft if you actually go off-road with it.
