Rear end swap....speedo is off

I recently swapped out my 93 ranger 3.08 open diff rear end for one off a 92 4x4 3.73 posi. Works great but now my speedo is off by like 10 or 15 mph. Do I need a different speedo gear? I have a white and a red one...not sure of the teeth count. Also I want to post some pics of my truck on here....whats the easiest way?
 
Yes you need a new speedometer gear. Don't exactly know which one you'll need. And the easiest way to post pics is to upload them to the website in the RBV Photo Galleries thread.
 
There is a calculator for the gear change in the tech library
