I bought myself 5.13 gears front and rear, aussie locker, lift shocks, FA600 drop pitman arm and a few other things... so far I've gotten everything but the front gears... but I need to swap the front diff out of my explorer before I can put them in anyway...

You guys are going to hate me for this, but i'm building a 383 stroker for my 53 Ford...since you said TRUCK parts and not RANGER parts, i'll play...
I ordered the stroker kit, top end kit, rockers, pushrods, cam bearings, freeze plugs, and a melling high volume oil pump. Total of about $3,000. I still have to buy a carb but that can wait til I have it assembled.

My dad just bought a 98 ford ranger 3.0l v6 just a basic ranger with 4wd for $3800 and i guess thats a good price and this is hes christmas present ...

My dad got a 2000 Ranger recently... loaded one-owner 4x4 in excellent shape for $1,200. Only problem is it needs a new 4.0L, the end of the crank snapped on the one in the truck, so I've been searching for a new motor for him.
