2.9 dipstick on 4.0

Can I reuse my 2.9 dipstick and tube on my 4.0, or are they different lengths?
 
They are different.

VERY different.

The tube mounting bracket isn't in the right spot because the 4.0 block is taller.

the 4.0 oil pan is slightly deeper.
