Can you paint some things BLACK?

This is my Dad's Truck. I am going to hopefully be painting some stuff for him over the holiday's. Just curious how it will turn out. Please help if you can.

Can you paint the faded grill black, and leave the chrome.

Can you paint the window shade on the extended cab black. (the plastic trim with the ovals cut out)

Can you paint the tail light cover black.

Can you paint both tail light covers black on this view.

If it were me, I'd paint the grill and fake chrome gloss or flat black. I'd ditch the ovals all around and tint the windows.

Leave the bumper chrome and paint the valance black as well.

I'd be able to help you out buddy, but my computer crashed not long ago and I don't have photoshop anymore. Good luck though, I'm sure someone else can help you out!
