Heh I have the exact same problem actually, I have a Skyjacker 6" class II and whenever someone heavy rides with me it pulls to the right pretty bad.

Adding a lot of weight to one side is bound to change the steering's self-centering characteristics, although if it's extremely drastic, I would suspect your caster angle is off (I think wheels with a wide offset might play into this as well).
