Body lift from different vehichle?

I got a 98 ranger and i was wanting to put a body lift on my truck. I have all the pucks from a toyota truck but my question is can i use these on my ranger? they seem to be a little bit thinner than the body mounts on my ranger...will this cause any issues?
 
I wouldn't personally. Just seems a litte sketchy as it is probably engieered specifically for the bodyand chassis characteristics of the 'yota.
 
the pucks are all the same, the difference is in the number of them and the bolts for the body mounts
