95 gt in 94 ranger HELP

my friend has a 95 mustang gt he will sale me cheap i have a 94 ranger i was wondering if someone can explain to me wat needs to be any info is appreciated.both cars are manual

OH.....

so...then there would be no wiring problems, assuming all of the ranger's wiring (all the way to the firewall) is replaced with the mustangs?
 
93 and 94 Rangers are bastard children when it comes to wiring. The EFI wiring is all intertwined with the chassis wiring. I know this because I hacked all the wiring out of mine like a dumbass by not watching what I was doing before i did it. So, I was left with a shell of a truck with no wiring. Older trucks (92- back) have separate chassis and engine harnesses and in 95, Ford changed all kinds of stuff (interior, firewall, position of components among other things) and sort of made the chassis more in line to other models like an Explorer. So this is why 93-94 trucks are bastard children. So to answer your question- no, you cannot just replace the Ranger wiring with the Mustang wiring harness. But you can cut and splice or get an underhood chassis harness from an older truck which still requires some cutting/splicing/lengthening/moving pins but much less than grafting the Mustang chassis harness.

thats just to name a few of what i own. i got it all covered. lol
