If it sits for more than a few seconds the gas pedal sticks a "little" at idle. Its a light sticking and works fine after pushing it just past idle. Any ideas?

My 05 does the exact same thing. I noticed that if you hold up on the throttle shaft (on the throttle body) and open the throttle, it doesn't do it. Push down, it gets worse.

Mine is still under warranty, so I was thinking of just letting Ford take care of it over Christmas break or something. Not a major problem, but an annoyance when you're going really slow and try to hit the throttle and it sticks right as you try to hit it, and jerks forward when it opens.

It's much worse when you have a stick. It makes you stall.

I agree; the throttle body is either dirty or worn. I doubt Ford will cover the former under warranty, but it's VERY easy to clean.

How do I clean the throttle body? I'm quite new to EFI as I was running all carb stuff up to about 2.5 years ago.

I really can't see it being worn out that much in 2 years (3 for him). And if it is, them not covering it, as that is obviously defective (especially with both trucks doing the exact same thing). I could try to take it apart and clean it up one of these weekends.
