Not sure where to post this question its very broad question.
I have a 1983 ranger 4x4 and a 1989 ranger 2wd custom. The 4x4 body and frame is not worth saving, the rest is great gear and would like to know if that range of years interchange for the front and rear diffy and transfer case setup the front diffy is manual lockouts and both are 5 speed manual transmissions. the 83 has a 2.8 and the 89 is a 2.3, i would like to keep the engine in my 89 the 2.3 its a good hard running engine. input will be nice. ty for any help.....any more info i can provide if needed.
