exhaust leak up top?

Ok this is going to sound crazy but I seem to hear what sounds like and exhaust leak coming from my intake manifold? Anyone have any ideas? Its a 94 mazda b4000 any help would be great.

not me.....but mix up some dishwashing liquid/water in a squirt bottle & squirt it on the idling engine until you find where the sound is coming from....then give us more info....like--did the engine suck the soapy liquid inside & start idling differently?

Or....did it blow the liquid all over the place?

Where on the engine? Post a pic of the problem area with your new info...
