Change the tires.
I had 31 10.50s Micky Tompson baja claws on there and change to same size Eldorado SVTs and went from 17 MPGs to 20.
I drive my BII about 300 miles a week and do everything I can to get the most MPGs I can. Not sure what else I can do to help otherthan go to a manual trans. Got a K&N filter, no CAT, headers to dual flowmasters.
