Hi! I just bought an '06 FX4 (replaces my '94 XLT after 12 years), and found out that the '07s come with a dash plug for an mp3 connection.
Anybody modified an older factory radio to add the 2.5mm jack for an mp3?
I know..... "why didn't you buy the '07?" Well, this '06 is cherry with 14k miles and paid $3,000 under KBB (private party)...from a dealer! How could I go wrong?
Anyway, I would appreciate any thoughts about the mp3 connection.
