sorry for the lack of info... i have a 4 inch lift on it with blocks in the rear. and i just added f150 coil seats to it. so now its almost 2 inches higher in front.
2wd F150 spring hanger. The front mount for the rear leaf. Line it up with the first hole and drill 3 more. Get an extended shackle and I bet you would get that 2" and more height.
i was thinking about rebuilding/adding to the stock leafs and throwing some extended shackles on there. i have 3 sets of leafs just lying around. maybe that will do it?
I took mine into a spring shop and they put in a set of Explorers with the right amount of re-curve to bring the rear up. Now it sits just enough higher in back to have attitude.
well i found some 2" lift shackles for about 45 bucks. so im going to throw those on this sunday and see what happens.
I was looking up on here last night how to's on extended ttb arms. i was thinking about pulling some used arms at pull a part then extending them about 15"'s longer with 2" x .25 tube. the only thing i dont get is how to build caster into them and i dont know what would be a good way with building the brackets. ill stick with the stock bushing set up and not use a heim or johnny joint. anyone got any pictures or info to help me out?
