I want to swap the dash out of my 02 edge to the newer dash. Cant find any info.

There is no newer dash than '02. Rangers have been using the same dash since 1995. Even the new 2010s have the same dash.

What are you looking for in the upgrade? And depending on what color of dash you have I would be interested in trading/buying your dash if you do get a new one. I am currently pulling my dash out to do a heater core replacement and I am looking for a black dash to put back in of my gray one.

Yep. I think all they have changed, is the steering wheel. They might have done something with the gauges (a layout or color or something), but I doubt it.
