has any one ever used any other fuel pump then the ford pump could an aftermarket pump work in this app. my father has a 88 ranger 4x4 and i have a 87 bii his ranger pump went out in the woods hunting about 2 miles from the road no problem just get a new one hope in the bii get back to town now a problem no one has a pump for 3 days go home get the 2007 chevy take the pump off the bii get back to the ranger get pump on get it home all in one day thank you for your time and help
