tried it out yesterday....everything works great....like I said, should have done this years ago...

looks like mine before my SAS except yours is red. and you have cooler tires.

302 38" tires and the dana 35? hows that workin out. all i hearis ppl sayingu cant go over 35" tire with the 4 litre on a dana 35

Well, I've only locked it in twice so far, no problems...once, hooking to a practice weight in a field to test everything out....but idk, I've heard the d35 has a lot of the same dimensions as the d44...so, I think it's fairly reliable, up to a ponit.....I mean, you can break anything if you try hard enough..I've ran the d28 on 35's and 36's for a long time....but that front end was completely shot when I pulled it out...
 
That truck looks sweet.

38" is quite a bit of tire for both a D35 or a D44, although if you made a D28 last any length of time at all on 36s, I think you'll be fine. :icon_thumby:

Only thing is your steering linkage looks a little off, have you got a longer pitman arm or something else in store for it?
