Looking for the perfect Maglite holder

I've gor a full size Maglite flashlight that I like to carry in the truck but I don't have a good place to keep it so it rolls around.
I'd like to find a holder or clamp that will fasten it to the rear inside pillar or behind the seat.
Has anyone seen any good maglite holders and used them?
 
I keep a 2D rubberized flashlight behind the jump seat with the jack. Keep a pair of gloves back there too (surprisingly, there's actually a lot of room in there). Guess that doesn't help you if you want it within quick reach though...

My 4D Maglite hangs in the garage right next to the door to the house. Guess I could think about moving that into the truck now that I have a light that works with my cordless drill batteries...
