need help removing horn/ air bag cover

Hey all, new here, i have a problem with my horn not working and my air bag light keeps flashing, i think i can fix it my self, but i first need to remove the cover i believe, are there screws hiding somewhere? or am i just missing something here. Thanks any help would be great, the newest newbie here, gerryooo

if you have cruise control look behind the switches and you'll see two round covers there are two 8mm bolts behind it and you probably need a clock spring

no cruise control, just your average 2 wheel drive stick
