Hello All,
I have a question about Gear Ratio in my 85 Ranger. I just put in a 302 v8 engine with a c-6 tranny & I need help with Gear Ratio in my Rear End. Can I keep my Rear End I have now or do I need a different Rear End for my Ranger with a 302 & a c-6 tranny. Right now i know i have low gears & driving the truck the tranny feels it don't shift going up a hill is that common because of having low gear right now. What Rear End do you all reconmend & what Gears should i put in cause I'm just be driving it to carshows & cruises on two lane roads i just want a nice ride & some power from stoplights & taken off out of places.
