Torsion keys

So I drive a 99" ford ranger and i just recieved some torsion keys off of ebay and they are not exactly the same.( one is stamped with an 08' and the other stamped with an 09', wut does that mean?) Before i start takin out the old ones to put these in i just want to know if torsion keys for my year ranger are required to be exactly the same?

you should have checked around first you waisted so much money on those things. they do nothing but cause problems you should just crank your stock torsion bars. send them back and see if you can get your money back

I'm not 100% on this but I'm pretty sure the keys off of a '08 or '09 would be indexed differently in the way of lowering your truck not lifting it.

Driverside and Passenger side keys are the exact same.

Are the keys phisically the same?
