2009 Ranger Sport suspension question

So is the 2009 Ranger Sport the same as the Edge version Rangers? It looks like the same torsion bar suspension in the front. Im looking to buy a suspension lift (5") but I cant find anything for my model year truck
 
I emailed them earlier today.. awaiting a response..
But Im still in the same boat I guess.. Im trying to figure out if the Edge suspension kits will work on my truck
 
if you've got torsion bars, then yes.


the 4cyl sport models for 09 got coil-springs.
 
there are only two different types of a arm front suspension for ford rangers with years 98+ you got either coils or torsion bars.

this means you have the same suspension as an edge.
 
well thats good news I guess.. then I'll look for Edge suspension kits for mine.. Camburg wants 1700 bucks!! ouch! Anyone heard how good the ride and workmanship is? Better then Fabtech kits?
 
for the price and quality of 6.0 kit is really good.

fabtech is is the low end of kits

and it all depends what you plan to do with your truck. just hwy queen then get fabtech. if you are going to make runs in the desert then get camburg
