replacing my clutch good info please read

so me and a fellow member (country boy) started replacing my clutch in my 99 3.0 4x4. the 3 best pieces of advise i can give you is remove your exaust its a royal PITA to work around. have a tranny jack and a buddy. will post some pics tomorrow. we left the exaust in to take the tranny out and we ended up having to pull the tranny out upside down:shok:. thats all for now will let you no how installation goes
 
i did a clutch on a 3.0 without removing the trans, just sliding it back enough to get the old out and the new in. wasn't too bad.
 
welp coudny finish gotta call the shop to put it back together couldnt get the tranny lined back up
