98 1500 with bad o2 sensors157161

so i ran the truck on my scanner and it threw a few codes po157 and po161 so it is bank 2 sensor 2 and o2 heater circut bank 2 sensor 2 does anyone know what sensor this is

There should be four O2 sensors on this truck; two before the catalytic converters and two after. Bank 2 would be the even bank (cyls 2-4-6-8). Sensor 2 would be the sensor after the catalytic convertor.
