When was the last year for Ranger with the 4x4 TTB front?

like the title says. Also what year was last for the explorer with the same?
 
1997 for a Ranger, not sure exactly for an Explorer.
 
explorer was 94 i think. MAYBE 95.
 
Ranger = 97'
Explorer= 94'

in 95' the explorer went to SLA followed by the Ranger in 98'
