Well, waving a hand and decided it was time to start my rebuild. Looking for help and info, love the site here. Already learned alot by reading so on with what I got:
89 BII/2.9/2WD/BLACK/RED INT/AUTO-A4LD/AC
ISSUES: Bent DR side I-BEAM, BENT DR RADIUS ARM, Possible cracked heads, dont think the OD is working in the A4LD, Possible bent draglink and front stabilizer, Oil leaks, I think that is about it.
PARTS ORDERED OR ON HAND: DUFF - body mounts, rear spring bushings, front and rear stablizer bushings, P/DR side radius arm bushings, DR side IBEAM and radius arm(awaiting deliver).
Plan is to go back stock bumper to bumper. Gotta do a leak down test on the engineand figure out the AT issues. Rebuild the front end new ball joints/shocks/etc.
Going to do some engine rebuild at least gaskets/timing/more to follow on that after I investigate the engine more
BII body is solid and interior is great so just looking to build me a daily driver.
