has to be the same year or newer from youre vehicle,has to have all the smog from youre donor vehicle,then get ready to have a smog ref inspect it,if it passes,he will put a BAR sticker on it ,then youre good to go.

Very possible. Was just a thread down a bit where someone was looking for legal headers for use in CA. I know of one who is running a 351 in his.. Would have to look up his info.
