I mentioned that very swap in your other post. It's the left sides. You will only need the shafts and drums if the brakes are the same diameter on both. If they are different diameters then you will also need the backing plates if you decide to keep the Ranger brakes which should have a bigger drum. You can also get all the stuff new, aside from shafts and backing plates at any parts store. I've done this to a stang already, it's not that expensive and I got all new stuff.
