I finally have my 93 on the road, reliably, and working well after a rebuild, second rebuild, and tons of rear suspension work 
so, as part of the rebuild i had to ditch the stock manifolds and collector pipe because of a leak at the pass. manifold/collector flange.
i have a set of headman headers in place. not the best quality, but the price i paid was awfully good. it seems like when i get stopped at a light i can start to smell some exhaust then it goes away when i get going again. i assume the obvious of go back through and make sure things are tight, but i am concerned about that type of head bolts to be using and whether headman's design for connecting their headers to the collect is notorious for leaks?
whats the best combo for header to head bolts as far as hardness, and metal type. one side still has the metric holes, the other side has 3 metric, 3 heli coiled 5/16 holes. currently it is all stainless bolts for metric and who the heck knows on the 5/16. they came from work. probably grade 5 zinc plated.
