Ok. I noticed on the rear end that my driver side is sitting higher then the passenger side by almost 3/4 of an inch. Would bad shocks or leaf springs cause that?

I measured on a flat surface after seeing it looked off.

Bad leaf spring could cause it....so could bad front suspension as it's all related to how the truck sits. Suspension bushings could be going bad too...not necessarily the leaf spring.

Ok cool. I'm ordering new shocks ( pro comp ) and leaf springs so. My springs are flat as a pancake. Found new leaf springs for $300. Went to a shop a guy I know owns and he couldn't find any broken parts.
