Rear Axle information help needed

My 1994 2.3L Manual Splash is supposed to have a 7.5 rear differential according to the "86" axle code on the Safety Standard Certification label...

However, the tag on the axle reads: S346B (first line), 373 88 4D06 (second)

Reading the Tech Library gives me some information but I have a couple of questions. I haven't measured anything so please bear with me...

What size are the drums in this axle?
Any idea what it is out of?
Any other website that may contain this information?

The 7.5 either came with 9" drums or 10" drums, i'm not sure if they same goes for the 8.8 or not. I pulled one of my drums off and measured the inside diameter to find out what size I had. I'm not sure whether it differs between regular cab and supercab either. If I were to guess i'd say 10" drums.
 
S346B --is an 8.8 from a 95 ranger according to www.fordification.com and it could be 9 or 10 inch brakes. Only way to tell is measure the drum, that i know of at least. Hope that helps a little.
