The 7.5 I have is on its last legs so I'm looking at replacing it with an 8.8. I have a 95 2.3 5 spd. The axle I'm looking at came out of a 4.0 5 spd truck. Will the flange for the driveshaft be the same? I know everything else will work, I just don't want to get stuck with my truck in pieces with a driveshaft that won't bolt up to the axle.
