I can't find the correct caliper brackets for my 99 ranger xlt 2.5 ltr 2X4. Been to napa and auto zone both gave me the same bracket and the holes don't line up. What the f.. is up ? Both places have only one listing. Is there realy only one bracket for torsion bar vs. coil spring and 2X4 vs. 4X4. I keep finding listings for only 1 bracket on line. Hell, if I could get the pins out I'd just swap them but I tried every thing (force, heat, PB, a good hard whack) and they won't budge. The holes on the old bracket are closer together than the new one. Am I nuts or what?
