f150 front rise springs for my ranger??

seems like an awesome deal, so i'm wondering if this would work for my ranger... my springs are a little rusty, but idk if they are worn out or not.

just wondering, because $20 is a good price if they will work, if they aren't going to work/improve SOMETHING.... then $20 is a lot, because i'm a little strapped for money.

How much lift do you think it will give? I just got 21 inch ones for free that came off a jeep.

jeep and f150 coils are way different. the f150 coils will work go to the tech section and read about the swap.
