1995 ford ranger computer?

Hello everyone i am stumped here my son has a 1995 ranger splash 4 cylinder it seems to me that the computer in it beeps i seemed to pin point it today right to the computer in the lowwer passenger side under the dash on the side when we start it after a feww minutes it beeps fotr about 1 minute or so than we drive it for a while and it happens than as well just goes of on its own anybody got any suggestions or has had the same problem please let me now it would be greatly appreciated thanks cass
 
no just a beeping nothing else
The door switch is more of a buzzer on this and that one is snipped off from the previous owner this is more of a beep and it comes from the passenger side in the lower right corner and it is a blue box with the wiring harness coming out off it i do think it might be short somewhere but i had the drivers side dash off and the head light switch was buggered up so i replaced that and still got a beep its weird you can be driving than all of a sudden beep beep beep goes off weird but thanks for the info that one i already took care off
One moree thing is that he did a complete piant job doors off box off fenders but not the cab he took it from yellow to snake skin green now i was wondering about maybe a ground somewhere?
