The latch on my seat belt quit working & needs replaced. The bolt holding it to the floor looks to be a torx head bolt. Does anyone know what size I need to buy to remove it?:icon_confused:

most stores (such as sears) will allow an employee to walk out into the parking lot with you so you can double check the size, i just explain the situation and the guy is usually more than happy to help out.

I cheated with mine. I used vice grips to losen it and an allen wrench to turn it out.

T-50

Your lucky yours were easy to get out. I broke off 2 t-50's and then had use torch before mine came out.

Thanks for the help everyone. It sounds like I'm in for a real knuckle busting time when I go to get those bolts out.:damnit1:

I fought mine tooth and nail, they come out the bottom of the cab are exposed to whatever your tires can throw on them. Not one of Ford's better moves...

It might help to clean them with a wire brush and a nut from underneith before you try to take them out.
