2wd Suspension lift

Anyone know where i can get 3" lift spindle for and 04 ranger, i am trying to find them as cheap as i can, or any other recommendations on what type of lift i should get, i already have a 3" body lift?
 
Pro Comp, Fabtech, and Camburg (or Camberg...I forget how it's spelled.)
Dixon Bros makes a 2wd lift also but it's hella expensive.
 
so where would u recommend that i buy it from anybody of any sites where i can get them cheap or used
