Not sure if this is the right place for this. I was driving to get dinner monday when my truck locked me out of all the gears. So I had to get over to the side of the road and cut the truck off and jerk the shifter around till it freed up. Managed to get it home and back to the shop. Finally today I got the trans out and apart and found that the 3/4 syncro and slider had come apart and basically shreaded the whole internals in my M5OD.
THAT SUCKS!!!!! I just have rebuilt the engine and put an explorer diff in. sorry just had to vent
