so i cant figure out why my lights aint working i made a custom ignition switch
cause i lost my keys and drilled the colom to shit my question is their wires on the ignition switch to power headlights my ambers work and the flash to pass works but no headlights?? And its on a 1994 3.0 5 speed

I'm not an auto electrician but the directional switch is a Multi-Function Switch (MFS) and controls the high/low beams so you may have damaged it.
Did you drill into of damage the MFS/directional sw in any way ?

Since the headlights Flash (hi-Beams), then there is juice getting to the MFS and in turn to the head lights, something has to be wrong between them.

Turn on the head light sw and take a 12V probe and first check the voltage at the headlights, then back to the first junction, (you may have to trace the wires back to get to each point) at each point note if there is power. You will need to work your way back to the MFS and see where you find power, then you have a section from that point, where you find 12 V, to the "No-Voltage" point to check out.

Sorry this may not be of help but it does bump you up and someone else may pop in.
