Could you double check these polarities for the rear speakers? My '86 Ford E&V Troubleshooting manual pretty much confirms the wire colors, but the schematics do not indicate which wires should be (-) or (+). For the front speakers, the common BK/W is used for the (-), but for the rear?? :icon_confused: In the schematics, does (-) always attach to the bottom of the speaker symbol?
I am trying to install a same year electronic radio from an Aerostar, and the wire colors are not even close. The positions on the connector plug seem to be about right though; its just that my Ranger does not have the original rear speaker wiring. Thanks for any help!
