anyone put train horns on a ranger? suggestions on mounting air compressor are appreciated

ive always seen them mounted inside tool boxes. not sure of a place to mount the horns though really.

My friend has a lifted dodge and he put his horns under the bed of the truck, I wanna put horns on my truck too but my truck isn't lifted so I would like to know where to put horns as well, so bump

Why point them backwards? I mean, if you get tailgated a lot I can see why. Isn't the point of having stupid loud horns to be able to honk at people in front of you? I guess being as loud as they are its going to scare the crap out of someone no matter which way they face.

i have a friend that works at a audio shop and he has put a good bit of train horns in some cars and trucks the tool box is a great place to put the compressor and as for the horns you can put them behind the front grill or the spare tire

id mount them in front of the rear wheel wells underneath. u got a pretty good little pocket there whether ur rigs lifted or not
